audio and video out of sync

I am running a BrightSign HD210 with  a 20-minute .mov file, encoded with FCP, with the following specs:

H.264

1920 x 1080

29.97 framerate

data rate limited to 12 Mb/s

AAC audio, 48 KHz

I am streaming the audio and video over HDMI to an HD television set. The audio lags behind the video by about 10 seconds. The video and audio are synced correctly when I play back the file on my desktop computer.

Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Please generate a mediaInfo file for both the source file (before it was encoded with FCP) and the .mov file and post the full (advanced) out put here.

    Sorry, I do not have mediainfo. Is the information you're looking for found in these screenshots?
