Hi there, I have a HD120 that is playing a MP4 file on a loop. The audio/video goes out of sync after a while, this seems to be an encoding issue from reading other posts.
Please find the mediainfo report on the file attached.
I look forward to your advice on resolving this

What firmware is installed on the HD120? The firmware version is shown on the screen when unit is booting.

We're going to release new beta firmware (version 4.4.75) for HDx20 series at the end of this week. You will be able to download it from this page http://support.brightsign.biz/entries/314637-brightsign-downloads, install on HD120 and retest your video file.
