Background bleeding trough on fade-to-new-image

When i use a fade-to-new-image Brightsign seems to first fade out (to background) for about 20% before fading in the new image. In effect the back becomes visible (i.g. on a black BG the image darkens, on a white it gets pale. Using a BG-image the visual aesthetics is even worse).

This is not an effect i want, is there a way to let the fade-to-new-image do a real fade-to-new-image?

Can you send us a sample project, and include what firmware, and what unit you are seeing this on? we'll try to duplicate in qa, and log a bug with development.

Thank you. The units and firmware used

The background image in this (testing)project has some black lines and text. This image should not be visible during a ‘fade to new image’

It seems like the current state fades to background for about 50% before the next state starts to fade in fom background at about 50%. One would expect the current state to stay at 100% opacity and the next state start at 0% opacity. (the latter also prevents some logo's in this project to 'jump')

The lines must only become visible when the video plays. just below and above (later it will become better artwork)

The link doesn't work. Please note that we need the full exported presentation. In order to export a project, you should go to File > Export, browse to empty folder on your computer, export, zip the folder and send us a link to download.

Thank you, that was quick. The link not working? Guess my SimpleFileServer does not like your IP or so. I can not attach the file (>7mb) so i have to give you another link; http://we.tl/cf5DoTTcUY Hope that works.
