HD220 Local Network Setup IP address problem

Hello BrightSign users/support. I just purchased two HD220 units for my restaurant/bar. The restaurant one is up and running perfectly. It gave me an IP address on screen when there was not an SD card inserted. The bar one will not get assigned an IP address. I have verified with my laptop that the ethernet line has internet. The ethernet port lights are not lighting up though like they are on the working unit. I tried searching other forum topics for similar questions/answers but didn't have any luck. I also attempted to manually give it an IP address, but wasn't sure what to put in all of the fields, (Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, DNS, etc.) I really appreciate any help.

    I've established that the unit has a faulty ethernet port and needs to be replaced.

    Hi,

    I'm having this exact problem. Except we've bought 4 Brightsign HD220's and only 1 is working correctly. 3 of them won't get assigned an IP address. Cable has been tested with a laptop and is able to get network access.

    Please help!
