Where can I find support for the HD910?

is there support for the BrightSign HD910?

 

it is obviously a Brightsign unit but it cant be firmware upgraded?

I have firmware3.8.39 on it and I have to find a version of the BrightAuthor software to work on it.

 

Please anyone?

    Hi Jeff, Have you found the correct BA for them? If so I would greatly appreciate a copy. I am in the same boat and also searching everywhere desperately for it Thanks Sami

    I am try to Support my Customer who has a very old Bright Sign HD910 unit, after power on the unit, I can see that it shows it is Version is V0.0.25 and it's Serial number... Obviously it is the Ture BrightSign HD910 Device but we are lacking of Support information, so that I cannot help my Client to set it up, Is there any only can send me the User manual, and Firmware so that we can resume the unit.
