Wordpress Cache Manifest

So I have a Wordpress installation on a server that's serving up the site that is shown on the player (it's a building directory that changes every so often via the WP admin). I was hoping to have the player use cache manifest if the player was turned off then back on without the internet hooked up. But for some reason it's not pulling the appcache it's just showing a black screen.

FYI, the manifest caching is working on chrome.

Thanks in advance.

The use of cache manifest isn't available in brightauthor 3.7. It's in ba 3.8, which is in alpha now, and expected to be in beta within a few weeks.

So is there no way to use Cache manifest within the current release?

Correct. It's in 3.8, which is in alpha now, and expected to be in beta in a few weeks. But, the current 3.7 doesn't support manifest caching.

So, since my cache manifest is dynamic (it updates if the wordpress page is updated) will the manifest in the presentation change? So that when it's offline it has the latest updates (within the cache manifest) and pulls from that.. than pulling in old content.
