3D Video Frame Packing MVC 3D

Hello,

Can you tell me how to encode 3D ​​MVC to the "Frame Packing"?

I can not play videos in "Frame Packing" on the XD1030 player.

The format is too vague ...

I tested the latest firmware, they seem bugged for 3D.

I tried this firmware:
http://brightsignbiz.s3.amazonaws.com/firmware/xd/4.7/4.7.96/brightsign_xd_update_4.7.96.zip

This Firmware works for 3D "side-by-side" and "top-over-bottom" but not for "Frame Packing" (all Firmware following does not work at all for 3D)

If anyone has a sample video "Frame Packing" that works on this player, I'm interested ...

    And what solution (even temporary) we have to play a 3D video format "Frame Packing" ?

    Unfortunately, we do not support frame packing 3D mode. We only support side-by-side and top-over-bottom. In the current 4.7 branch of FW there appears to be a bug that also prevents that from working correct. We're working on a fix and will release a new FW version soon.

    I spoke too soon. Investigating further now and will update this thread as soon as I know more.

    Old thread - still we didn't find an up to date answer. 

    Some traders state that beginning with the 4K players frame-packing is possible, yet we cannot find any option to set it up in brightauthor (only side-by-side and top-and-bottom show up). Is that correct? 

    If the answer is yes, which models do support it?
