USER VARIABLES - DEVICE WEB PAGE - INTERNET EXPLORER

Hi,

I can't to change the user variables with the device web page from Internet Explorer. If I use Google Chrome or Firefox then I can change the user variables without problem.

With Internet Explorer I only see the name "User Variables" and the BrightSign logo but I don't see the user variables items.

Are there any way for to use correctly the device web page in Internet Explorer?

    Hi.

    I also encountered problems with IE but later found out, that the variables get changed, but after the change the refresh of the page is not done correctly. You can try this too. Change the values, wait for the refresh - the values are mainlz wrong, refresh again (F5), and the values are ok.

    You could try to re-refresh the page (with javascript) (some tweaking of the refresh time might be necessary). Maybe it is a problem with jquery or who knows (without some testing). Or you could jusat say to your client not to use IE like I did. (I don't want to loose time to make a piece of software - IE behave as it is supposed to, that is the job of the author of the software).
