The Issue goes away by downgrading FW to V4.7.146. The video is playing happily and then just stops, i have tried multpile files but the same issue is present.

    Have you tried reformatting the SD card (in FAT32) and replacing the SD card?

    Have you used BrightAuthor program to publish a presentation with this video? If so, what BrightAuthor version? Please send your BrightAuthor presentation file (.bpf file) for review.

    Or have you copied the video file directly to SD card and then powered up the unit with it?

    Please use mediainfo program to get the video specs, save them to a notepad document and attach notepad document to this thread. Refer to this faq for more details:

    Reformatting/Replacing SD Card?

    Yes - Tried both.

    Version/Use of BrightAuthor?

    Yes -  v3.8.0.30

    I have attached the .bpf and the text export from mediainfo. Again, downgrading the FW allows this and other files to play without any issue.

    are all of your files interlaced mpeg transport streams? Can you send us a sample file to test with?

    I'll have to take a look and find one that has the least amount "rites management attached".
