I setup our test unit on the local network here, and setup the weather widget located here: http://www.brightsign.biz/demos/xd/ . I was able to get it running well.
We just setup a BrightSign Network account. When I upload the same Presentation containing the weather widget to the network, it does not work (displays but does not show any information). Is there anything I have to change in the settings?

Hi,
Try the following:
1. In BrightAuthor sign into your BSN account.
2. Go to Publish, select BrightSign Network.
3. Open the group(s) where the "Weather Widget" project is scheduled to play (the project could have a different name), and remove the "Weather Widget" project from the active schedule.
4. Publish schedule.
5. Go to Manage, select Presentations, right-click on the "Weather Widget" project and press Delete.
6. Go to Manage, select HTML Site, right-click on the "weather" and "weather2" sites and press Delete.
7. Re-upload the presentation to the network, add it to a schedule, and publish schedule to a group with your BrightSign player.
