MediaInfo report

Hello - I was wondering which players - if any - could play these video files with the following information from MediaInfo (

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo); my main concern is with the format profile.  I remember there was issues with the files I tried to use in a previous instance...  If the file meets the requirements - if the profile isn't 'recognized' by the players - it won't play...

    Hi Randy,

Please see the requirements for videos in this FAQ:

    http://support.brightsign.biz/entries/143091-What-video-formats-and-codecs-do-BrightSign-players-support-

    Video 1 is not supported.

Video 2 is supported and should play properly on the brightsign.

Thanks!  I just tried playing both with BrightSign 3.7 on a HD120 and what I am seeing is that the Err LED blinks red 10 times, over and over.

Please send a screenshot of what is on SD card.

Also, power up the HD120 without SD card and check what firmware version the unit outputs on the screen.

Looks like 4.2.47; the Err LED started flashing again; although I didn't count it.  If I copy back the files that worked on it before, it works fine.

Okay!  There's nothing in the dumps folder, the only 'files' are the no-extension files which seem to be normal.

You need to upgrade the firmware on the HD120. Go to http://www.brightsign.biz/downloads/hd-devices/, download 4.8.114 firmware version and follow the Installation Instructions.
