It appears that Video Time Code events only fire off on the first loop of a video, on the subsequent loops of a media file I cannot get my Video Time Code events to trigger. Is there a time code reset command that I need to append to the end of the media file?

Alex Under Media Library > events, there is the [Media End] event. You should click on it and drop it onto a video file in your playlist. The window with the properties of the event will appear. You should select "Transition to new state" and choose your video file from the list. Click OK. Save and publish the presentation, and confirm if the problem persists.
