need help with HD1020 video pause resume with touch event

Hi ,

I would like to play a video on a touchscreen, when a user touches the monitor anywhere it should pause the play and if he touches it again should resume the play.

in bright-author i couldn't do it because i want to use the whole area not a button

how can i make it?

maybe it works just with custom scripting? than how should it look like?

Thank you

    Hi,

The attached presentation does what you described. The presentation consists of 2 zones. Touch event that's attached to the video file sends the zone message command "touch". In audio zone we use 2 Event Handlers and listen to the zone message "touch". First Event Handler does video pause, second Event Handler does video resume. You can double click on the Rectangular Touch event in zone1 (and double click on the Event Handlers in zone2), select "Advanced" tab to see the respective commands.

Presentation was created in BrightAuthor 4.1.0.8.
