Brightsign player does not update!

My brightsign player HD1010W has the firmware 3.10.57 but an error with 11 blining red lights

i know this is a wifi issue but no one can tell what i can do to prevent this error. Also i tried to update the latest beta formware 3.11.11.

I used 2 different SD cards, power off the unit, place the SD in the unit and power up. It instantly goes to the regular screen with a blue status bar , the unit model, firmware etc.

 

Also i tried to format in NTFS and FAT32.

I tried also to run the script for factory reset but this also won't work.

 

Please can anyone tell me how i can update the unit or how the error code can dissapear?

    It normally means wireless hardware might have failed or failed some check when the newer firmware tried to install. Does the unit work fine except for the inability to update firmware. If the wireless hardware is failing when the update tries to install, the unit most likely needs to be replaced.

    Thank you!, 

    The unit doesn't start up, only shows the blue status bar and firmware version. Do you mean by replacing the unit a physical replacement? is it damaged?
