No Router config for three screens - help

hello, I have a 3 screen setup. It consists of three HD222 devices each wired ethernet to a switch. My laptop is also wired to the switch. There is no router and no internet connection. I want the screens to display a portion of a video, but first I have to get control of the players themselves. No luck so far.

I have configured the HD222's with newest firmware and static IPs (10.0.1.5, 10.0.1.6, 10.0.1.7) and my programming computer at 10.0.1.3. I can ping the players. I have gateway at 10.0.1.1, subnet mask 255.255.255.0 on all machines.

When I open Bright Author I don't see them under the 'Manage' tab. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but not sure what.

You are probably missing Bonjour on your programing computer.

Try to add the IP addresses of the players manually in the Manage Tab.

Manage Tab -> Local Network -> Bottom left corner, look for "Add BrightSign"

Also make sure the players were configured for Local File Networking
