I'm currently on BrightAuthor 4.3.0.16. I'm trying to make a HTML banner work (a whole other issue!), but the most annoying thing is that BrightAuthor won't update the page in the preview if I edit the content. If I make a change I have to close BrightAuthor, reopen it, reopen the presentation and then preview every time to see if I've fixed an issue.
Is this standard behaviour, or am I doing something wrong that is making this such a long process every time?

Lyndon Can you open a ticket with support@brightsign.biz and send a sample of the content and directions to duplicate? This sounds like a bug. A new release is coming out by next week, 4.4, but since I'm not famiiar with this issue, I don't know that it's been addressed.
