I'm using a LS422 player and trying to play a video file in zone 1 and an audio file in zone 2 The audio file plays but the video never does; I suspect that it is frozen on the first frame (which is black). The end goal is to have both zones loop infinitely. The audio files and the video files are not the same length. Sync is not important but the player must start via AC on.
Both files play when they are the only file on the player.
I've upgraded both my BrightAuthor and firmware on the player.
