Hello, 

Does anyone knows how it works this feature of xd series, of dual video output?

I am trying to make a demo with brightauthor but i don't find options for this.

  It's dual video decoding, meaning you can decode two video clips and play them simultaneously.

  You can't output two different images to two different screens, each player can only output one signal result.

   

  In other words you can have two videos playing on the same screen simultaneously.

  Dario, I'm not sure what you're asking. In BrightAuthor, when you create a presentation with an XD, XD2 or 4K player, you can create up to two Video or VideoOrImages zones, or a Background Image zone and one Video or VideoOrImages zone.

  That's how both decoders are utilized.

  ok. I misunderstood your message, I read "you can output" instead of "you can't output".

  then I can create 2 video zones, but I can't output each zone on a different screen.

  Yes, that is correct.  You can display two videos, on the *same* screen, since there is only one output "screen."

  Can I use the dual decoder to toggle between 2 video zones, each playing the same video, where one has subtitles? I could start them simultaneously using zone messages so they'd match up.
