Sync Master brightsign loops at end of video instead of resetting

I have a 3-screen synced presentation.  It starts with an attract loop.  When someone pushes a button, it plays the corresponding video.  Each video then has a Media End that should send it back to the attract loop.  However, at the end of the video, the master loops the last video instead of going back to the attract loop.  Furthermore, the slaves do not receive any command, and stay stuck on the last frame of the video.  Any ideas?
