Hello,
I have some HD1010 and I would like to continue to use them, I have a "new" BrightAuthor version (3.8.0.41 described on BS website as the good one for HD1010), this version ask for 3.11.11 firmware, but after intalling the HD1010 do not work !
I tried to install and older version of BA (3.5.0.31) and 3.10.57 firmware, but it is not working at all.
May someone can help me?

bettermood Is someone have the 3.5.0.22 version of BrightAuthor ?
Because my HD1010 firmware is 3.10.22 and 3.10.40 and they are working with these firmware...

Alex How is your HD1010 connected to the screen? Firmware version 3.11.11 doesn't support HDMI-DVI connection. If you use a screen with DVI interface, you should downgrade the firmware on HD1010 to version 3.10.40 and use BrightAuthor 3.7.0.39 to publish a presentation.
