HD222 used for audio only and files will not keep playing.

I have two Hd222's set up as audio only players.

These units will play and audio loop audio for a while ( a few hours) and then stop playing. does anyone have an idea as to why the machines would stop playing the presentation?

    Hi Robert,

    Please submit a ticket and provide a link where we can download the exported presentation (including ALL the content) so we can reproduce what you're describing in order to understand what is going on.
