Hi, i am having a serious problem with XD1132. I have created schedule which uses 3 presentations
1 Fullscreen Live TV
2. Video (Has 4 zones. Live TV, Videozone where 4 videos are playing, 2 image zone)
3. Image (has 2 zones. Live TV and image zone, where 3 images are looping)
Now when i create a schedule and place the presenations like this order, no matter the time i set:
fullscreen -> Image -> Video // When the Video presentation should play i get a violett screen. the first 2 presentations do play perfect. And while the Video presentation should play unplugging the power adapter and reconnect, i see the Video presentation playing than.
The thing is that customers paid for seeing their videoclip in my bar, but they just dont play when it comes to the video presentation.
I need help.
Can it be that 4 zones are too much for a presentation?
