Hi,

 

Is it possible to have previous firmware versions for LS422 players?

When booted, the player displays the V4.9.29 firmware (the player is brand new, how is that even possible?).

It seems impossible to update straight to 6.1.76 (current version). I think I'll have to go through V5 before but it is nowhere to be found.

  Please verify your SD card is formatted in FAT32. Test with a different SD card if possible. Try updating the firmware from USB flash drive instead of SD card. USB drive must also be formatted in FAT32.
