XD232, port 8080 doesnt work and cant access via web page

We have two new XD232 with different problems.

 

The first one, its we cant publish one of the brightsign. We have the error message "Unable to access a brightsign at Ip address". I think I need to active the port 8080 on the XD232.

The second XD232, we can ping but cannot access the web page and we have also the error message "Unable to access a brightsign at ip address when we try to publish

    Have you configured the players for Networked with Local File Networking by creating player setup files from BrightAuthor (Tools>Setup BrightSign Unit), writing them to the player's card, and powering up the player with the card?

    The player won't have the proper server for BrightAuthor to communicate with unless it has been configured for Local File Networking (LFN).
