4x1 Portrait Video Wall

I have a client with a 4x1 video wall in portrait using FHD screens, connected to a 4K242 player.

They want to create images that would display a different element on each screen - ie a single image of 4 people side by side with 1 person on each screen,

Is this something that can be accomplished with this hardware, and if so what resolution should the images be?

Thanks

I may not be understanding exactly what you are trying to do so forgive the speculation.

4 X 1 would be 4 screens stacked vertically (1 tall column) in portrait so 1080 X 7680...assuming these are not UHD displays.

    Or a 1 X 4 which is 1 row of 4 portrait screens so 4320 X 1920...assuming these are not UHD displays.

I do not know of any commercial displays that will do "Tile/Matrix" mode at resolutions higher than UHD (3840 X 2160).  I think Samsung and LG both just started doing UHD Tile mode last season and those screens are not FHD...they are UHD and this resolution is beyond that.

So it would seem that each screen would need it's own player.  You could do it with 4 XD1032 players running a presentation that is synchronised using the Enhanced Synch feature of BrightSign.  We are doing that in several places now.
