Cannot access the player through the Web Browser

Hello, Im having this issue since I updated my HD222 firmware to the last version. Im trying to access them through web browser with their IPs, but instead I get this dialogue box (screenshot attached):

"The server xxxxx is asking for your user name and password. The server reports it is from admin".

Please help, I have a couple of business coming with some miners involving Brightsign DS, I would appreciate any help.

    Hi,

    Leave the username as "admin" and enter the serial number of the player as the password.
