Property lock activated regardless of setting in Presentation or web server

I have a bunch of XD1035s in a large installation, and I have noticed that Property Lock seems to be on no matter what setting I put in the presentation, or if I override it on the "advanced" tap of the diagnostic web server.

    This is still a problem, has anyone found a way?

    Posting a plus 1. Same issue on a brand new XC4055. Not sure why this setting would ever be enabled by default on a brand new device.
