Unable to get SImple File networking....working

is there anywhere that list what codes in Brightsign log files mean? 

i pulled the log here, but in the current form, is no help at all.

    I created a ticket for you, including the response below for search engine hits.

    -6 is a DNS lookup failure.  Try using the full domain name of the machine (intranet3.mybusiness.lan for example) instead of just its machine name (intranet3)
