i want to install a touchscreen for my client with a brigtsign XT Player. I wanted to get the Liyama ProLite TF5539UHSC. It uses the HID protocol, 15 touch points.

Hi - I have an unusual problem using an Iiyama 55" screen with the newer HD1025 models - when running content at 3840*2160@30p the touch response is very slow (almost 1 second before change of state). This doesn't happen when running the same content on HD1024. I have updated to the latest OS, and tested with 1920*1080 content and the response is as fast as usual, it only happens with the UHD content. I am using a touchscreen connected using standard USB, have authored the content in both Brightauthor classic and Brightauthor Connected. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
