I searched now for two days without success.
I want to send a HEX via UDP to my Modbus POE ETH Relay from Waveshare.
It is connected and the RXD LED is flashing when I send anything via UPD but I can´t translate the needed HEX test.
I tried the "updhex.brs" plugin but the player (XD1033) goes to error.
What I want to do:
I want to trigger on of the relays with a touch event.
If I switch to the next page, a LED light should light up.

BrightAuthor is capable of UDP messaging.
There should not be a need for a plugin.
What message are you trying to send via UDP?

I try to send the following hex code:
01 05 00 FF FF 00 BC 0A
The communication is fine, as written above, I can see that the relay RX led is flashing.
But the code is wrong, so nothing happend.
When I use terminal and send as hex, it works.
The controller I want to use is the following:
Just for information.
Because of the short time which left, I changed to the controller "HHC-N8I8OP".
It works very well with UDP.
