Brightsign XD1035 Restarting on Touch

Hi All, 

I have a project where I have a tree-based layout to play videos and also navigate back a layer using touch events.  During installation, we found that it would randomly restart the player on video selection, but we can't track it to a specific video or touch event.

 

Any thoughts on tracking this anomaly?

Created using BA:Connected 1.42

Its running on an elo 3203L touchscreen.
