Hello,
I have a Brightsign HD810 and EM100 and they are acting up after a power reset. I have a single remote button setup to play a video file off of the SD card in the HD810. When I turn the HD810 on, I get a screen that says Brightsign, the firmware number, the model number, and a serial code looking number. Nothing happens when I press the button that is supposed to trigger the video. I have tried pressing the reset switch on the side of the HD810, unplugging and replugging in all connections, removing and then reinstalling the SD card, and so on.The green power LED is lit and no other lights are lit. How am I supposed to get past this screen?
