4K1042 player not playing the end of a video file.

4K1042 player is loaded with an H.264/mp4 file that is 4.44 GB and 29 minutes long.  The files plays for approximately 26 minutes and then just drops the last 3 minutes and begins to loop again from the beginning (It is meant to loop).

The file plays all the way through all 29 minutes in Windows Media Player on the computer.

The last part of the log file error entries but I do not know how to interpret...help?

have you tried re-encoding the file? Would it be possible to send support a link to download the file?

there's an ffprobe utility included with ffmpeg that can do an analysis of the file and export it as a text file.  what firmware release are you testing on, and have you tried upgrading to a newer release?

Usually files end prematurely due to an encoding issue.

I re-encoded as 2 separate video files playing in sequence and it is playing all the way through.

I appreciate your response and will analyze  the problematic file with ffprobe to see what we can learn.
