4k242 not working

Hello,

my Brightsign Player 4k242 is not working..

The playlist I uploaded has no signal to my monitor.

The hdmi cable and monitor is fine.

I created some test playlists, but there is no signal to my monitor..

I checked it without SD-card. Then it shows the brightsign boot menu with IP.

I changed also the sd-card.

Where is the problem?

I uploaded the playlist and log files:

PS: The Firmware is up to date.

Look up the model number of your display.  Find the maximum supported frame rate/refresh rate (60P?) of your display.  Now go to your presentation - Presentation Properties and see if the frame rate of your presentation matches or perhaps exceeds that of your display.

Also make sure the resolution you are using is supported by the display.

I tested the same playlist with another BS player. (XD 1030)
    It worked fine.

    I did a factory reset..

    what could I do?

Its confusing that the hdmi signal is working without playlist..(Brightsign boot)
I just see a bright black screen..

    Little update:

I tried a blank sd-card with just one picture.

The picture was shown 2 seconden, after that the hdmi signal was lost. Now a black screen is again and sometimes it lost the hdmi signal.

    Firmware:

Is it possible to downgrade the firmware?
Or do you have other solutions?

What me confusing, that the video test mode is working with one select picture..

I see the picture in all resolutions (< 1920x1080)

A failing power supply may be playing tricks.

Can you swap with a power supply from a different player?

Also, this model can be powered via Ethernet port. Are you testing while connected to a PoE capable network switch?
