LG 86uh5c-b with a XD233 connected to HDMI1.
The Layout is formatted to 3840x600 with 2 zones. One is IMAGE ONLY and the other is VIDEO. When played back we get only a portion of the image. It appears to be the upper 1/4 of the screen.
Anyone have issues with this model?
We have seen such behavior with UHD presentations, which was fixed by BrightSign.
Are you using the most recent firmware for your player, and most recent BrightAuthor?

I am also having this issue. When I look through the logs on the player, it appears it is cropping the content to 1920x300
Log shows the following:
BHDM: Tx0: HotPlug (Dual Intr): DEVICE CONNECTED
BHDM_EDID: Unknown/Unsupported Detailed Timing Format 1920 x 300 ( 300p)
BHDM_EDID:
nexus_hdmi_output_drm: Receiver does not support HDR data block, no DRMInfoFrame sent. Displaying all video as SDR. Content may not appear correctly.
BHDM_EDID: Not UHD - using colorimetry 1
The content is not HDR, so I'm not sure why it would be throwing an error about HDR.
Furthermore, the DWS info page shows output resolution set to 3840x600, and the display is reading 3840x600 as its input, but the image is only 1/4 of what it should be.

Resolution: 3840x600x60p
Fullscreen Template
2) Go to Layout
Size is W: 3840, H:600
3) Add Video to Playlist
4) Publish to player
“Workaround” / “Fix”
1) Create a new Presentation
Model: XT243
Resolution: 3840x600x60p
Fullscreen Template
2) Go to Layout
3) set Size is W: 1920, H:300
4) Add Video to Playlist
5) Publish to player
