Images stretched

Hi,

 We currently have a xd233 2-up (side by side) in our office. Resolution is 1920x1080. We use Photoshop to design content and upload through BrightAuthor to go on the wall but the image is always stretched. I have tried playing with the options but to no joy. Is there something I am missing (sorry if this has been asked before.

    So you have two 960 wide by 1080 high image zones, and your images are 960w x 1080h as well?

    Hi, yes that is the setup. I have actually found a work around. Each image is saved at 1920x1080 then sized down to 960x540 by free transforming in Photoshop. This keeps the image proportions correct. We use Photoshop to design content then transfer through the Author. Thank you for responding. All the best.
