Hi, we purchased 2 XD233 units.
We have a Brightsign Network Trial Account.
We have already purchased a license (both players) for the BN but will use the trial until we are up n running with the units.
We generated the necessary files and copied them to the root of the sd card.
Players (with SD card) are connected to the Internet but I cannot access the players from the BN account. I am lost at the moment. We would like to replace our other players with Brightsign units but need to get these 2 XD233 players up n running.
What else do we need to do?
Can they be connected to our BN account via support if we give them the serial numbers?
