Multiple zones and live text in BrightWall

Setting up a 5w x 1H BrightWall. Content is video or animated stills. Would like to be able to add a lower bar across all screens to use to show branding and also to be able to show live clock as well as Live Text.

Couple questions from that:

Can you have multiple zones in a BrightWall setup?

Can you have Live Text updates on BrightWall setup?

If no to above, what options may there be? Can do a lower bar in the video renders but that does not give me clock and would like to not have to bake it in.

Would love the Live Text to be something I can use the BrightSIgn app so staff could update using iPad on site

THanks

AutoWall does what you describe here.

    https://www.brightsign.biz/key-features/autowall

With that said, the 5x1 presents a resolution challenge, as the AutoWall plays a single video across all 5 screens.

4K capable players would be a better fit than 1920x1080.

You could take a different approach, by crafting your own set of 5 synched presentations, where each plays a 1920x1080 part of the 5x1 wall. Adding a clock to one of the presentations is easy. The scrolling text could be tricky, and would most likely require deeper programing in BrightScript or JS.

I wonder if you could combine the AutoWall scrolling text part, with the set of 5 presentations, as described above...

AutoWall requires certain player naming, so naming your players a-1, a-2, ... , a-5, would a good step in the right direction.

    I hope that helped.

You can also try to integrate a controller for your videowall. That way you'll could make a multi-zone presentation that will be sent to only one player.
