error when opening presentation

Has anyone else seen this error before?

    This isn't a useful error, but if you go to the eventlog folder on your computer under users/appdata/local/brightsign/brightauthor/versionfolder, you'll find an eventlog.txt file with more details about the crash. IF you send that file to support, we can lookup the reported error.
