George Backer I terminated the session as I didn't have an attachment. The problem uncovered is that I had a video list with 20+ MP4 videos playing but later removed the list from the project. In fact removed the container/feature that the video's were in. When publishing those files are still saved to the target folder and current-sync-xml lists those files. I was able to create a new project without the files and went forward noting that 'clean up' in a project is inconsistent. Have to believe it's a bright author issue as saving a project should be based upon what is within the project and purging really never a requirement. However, it looks like in certain cases the saved project carries old baggage forward.
The reason I noted the problem was the upload times for the videos was significantly longer and even were I peeled a project to a single jpg image it still ran through uploading/saving the MP4 files.
