I set up a synchronized test display per the instructions in the webinar “Exceptional Video Walls with BrightSign“. The master unit is an XD1034 and the two followers are XD234’s. Latest version of BA.
As per the webinar, the master file has a Media End Event: Transition to new state with itself listed as the file, and Advanced -> Link -> Synchronize command.
The followers have Synchronize events at files' end: Transition to new state with itself listed as the file, like the master.
The three 1:57:00 files are running in tight sync. But on each loop return to start, they all freeze briefly, they do not seamlessly loop.
Before I expand this presentation, how can I get this running cleanly?
