Hello.
I have a customer that has 4 HD1023 units, I need to send him replacement/backup SD cards with his program on them.
On hand in my shop I have an XT1143 model, is it OK if I create the program using this device and send him the cards? Will it work?
If not, what's the best way to send him a replacement card that will be an exact copy of what he has currently?
I have all the programs and the media files.

You may have a set of files that you could copy to a new SD card and send over to your client.
If you share a screenshot of the list of files you have, it would be easier to assist.
Sounds like BrightSign Network could be useful to you and your client, as you would be able to remotely assist, in an efficient manner.
