Good Afternoon:
The past few times I have used the BrightSign app on my iPhone to control my XT1143, it has at times:
1) Froze: I see the BrightSign box, see the two buttons to control the box, but neither button will respond
2) Will be 5 ft away from the BrightSign box, and 10 ft away from the router. Maybe 1 or 2 other people in the room, only texting. A) I can 'find' the BrightSign box, but when I click on it to connect, nada. B) Can 'find' the BrightSign box and connect. C) Cannot even 'find' the BrightSign box on the app.
A, B & C can all happen within mins of each other, and with me sitting in the same seat.
I have an Apple iPhone, with the latest software updates.
I have deleted and re-downloaded the app
