Presentation properties window not displaying

When I select the presentation properties window it acts like its there but I do not see the window nor can I click on anything until I hit escape.

I have removed and reloaded the software twice now and not change.

 

Any ideas.  It was working fine last time I used it which was about a month ago.

    It is popping off the screen.  Drives me frickin crazy..  Using multiple displays?

    Probably it is off screen to your left.  move the software right and try it.

    I kind of figured it out by accident.  If I have the BrightAuthor software open on any other screen than my main screen on my laptop, then I don't see it.  I never had that problem before but I guess something has changed in the software windowing for multiple displays.  Just that function does that.  The others will show on main screen of my laptop not matter what display I may have the software running on.
