Display not working on monitor

I use a BrightSign LS423 (with 1920x1080x30p) and my non interactive movie playlist is working fine when I use a projector.
But I connected various different monitors from my office and I only see a black screen or a "signal error". I only found one really expensive monitor where it's working to see my presentation.
What could be the reason? Do the monitors maybe have problems with this frame rate? And which is the best fo the projector?

Thank you!

Refresh rate or resolution.  The monitor in question either doesn't like 1920X1080 or 30p.

Many displays don't accept 30p.  Computer monitors tend to be more amenable, but even my Planar touchscreen doesn't accept 1920x1080x30p while my older Dell accepts it.

Thank you, I will try a different frame rate. The monitors are fine with full hd.
But I thought when I have a playlist only containing movies with 30fps, it would be good to set the presentation to the same frame rate, because I want the presentation to be correct set up for the movies and not only for the control monitor.
I also can’t find the correct frame rate in my projector specifications, so I’m a bit confused which frame rate would be the best.
The final presentation will be on the projector, but I need a monitor to check it before projecting.

I posted it in the forum because I guess that others might have the same question, but I will create next time a ticket first.
