BrightWall using BrightSign LS423 not working

I have set up 1x2 brightwall using brightsign LS423.

I followed step by step on what is on the video tutorial of brightwall.

Every monitor are with 1920x1080x60p, LS423 and 8Gb of SD card.

But when I put all the SD cards on LS423 and power up, nothing happens, no output video is shown at the LS423 is blinking 10 times as error

I hope someone could give me some idea on how to resolve this.
