Active presesntation -none

We have just purchased some XT1144 units and I am having trouble with the setup.

I cant get the boxes to play the presentations 'Active Presentation - None' even though they have a scheduled presentation. They constantly reset themselves.

Both boxes are on the BSN with active connections, firmware has been updated to 7.1.65

Having read another post with the same problem I also updated Bright Author to 4.7.2.5 and re-published the presentation and schedule.

I've tried alternative boxes, re-formatted SD cards, tried a standalone setup. nothing works.

Can anyone help.

    Do you have a ticket open with support? The players have connected to your cloud account  since you indicated they're reporting some presentation. But, they are in a constant reboot loop? they never play anything?

    if you can email support the serial numbers of the players, we can lookup the player status? If you email support, you can add support a a user to your bsn account, and we can take a look at what the units are reporting.
