unit performes reboot after hiding zones

Hi all,

i am using udp-packets to hide zones in my presentation and show an overlay. With one packet i hide some zones and make an overlayzone visible and with the other i hide the overlay and make the others visible again. The zones that are showed and hidden are image, html, time and a tickerzones. In total there are 9 Zones manipulated at the same time.

The changes are working fine, the show and hide command are working well but every time i triggered the overlay the unit reboots after 5 - 10 minutes.

I'm a bit clueless in the moment. In the logs i can see the unit is loading the presentation after every reboot, but bevor this there is shown no error or message that the system is going down.

I'm using an XD1032 with firmware version 6.2.94 and brightauthor 4.7.1.14 in standalone mode.

If the unit's crashing and rebooting without a red error light flashing, there should be files in the brightsign-dumps folder that will have details about the crash. Please submit the project to support email and we can test it.

I would recommend testing with newer firmware if you haven't already.  Your 6.2 build isn't even the newest 6.2. That was 6.2.147. There's been a 7.0 family of releases, and now 7.1 family of releases with 8.0 about to be released.

It seems that that the combination with the newest firmware and the newest BrightAuthor version has made it. No reboots since 5 days.
