Are your players set up for Local File Network?

    I've found a solution.

I save the autorun.brs file of a working device.

Then, I delete this file on the equipment that does not work, and I replace it with the one that was replaced earlier.

Then you have to restart the equipement and it works. If this does not work, reset the box.

Copying or replacing the autorun.brs can put the player in a reboot loop.

If BrightAuthor can't add the player under Networked Units in the Publish tab, Local Network view, or can no longer publish to an existing player, one/more of the following is likely the cause:
    • Player is in a reboot loop due to incompatible or corrupt published presentation.
--> Reapply Local File Networking configuration files to clear the schedule if you cannot successfully publish a good presentation between reboots.
    • Player's storage is missing or unmountable
--> Check that the player is running properly - see what is displayed on the connected monitor
--> If you are using a player is not a Series 3 player or newer with firmware 6.2.94 or newer, then you must format the card as FAT32, not exFAT.
    Reinitialize the card with SDFormatter
    https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/index.html
Reformat to FAT32. If Windows does not allow you to select FAT32, use this utility
    http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm
--> Check for the SD, uSD, or SD tab in the player's Diagnostic Web Server at http://playerIPaddress/index.html (replace playerIPaddress with the player's LAN IP address).
If there is no tab, the storage isn't being mounted.  Download the system log from http://playerIPaddress/log.html and send it to us.
    • Setup files on card, but not applied
--> If the storage is mounting, check that the generated setup files/folders are at the top/root level of the storage, not in a subfolder.  autorun.brs, the pool folder, and other files/folders should be immediately visible when navigating to the card.
    • Player has not been configured for Local File Networking publishing.
--> Recreate and apply setup files from BrightAuthor (Tools>Setup BrightSign Unit), and ensure Networked with Local File Networking is selected in the center column
    • Player or BrightAuthor computer is being blocked from communicating with the player
---> See if you can reach http://playerIPaddress:8080/GetID (replace playerIPaddress with the player's LAN IP address) from a computer web browser.  If not, the player is probably being blocked by network filtering, or the player isn't successfully configured for Local File Networking
If you can get a response from the player from a web browser but not BrightAuthor, ensure BrightAuthor is whitelisted and not blocked in any antivirus/security/firewall software.
    • The player's IP address has changed
---> Power up the player without its storage and verify the IP address shown on the information screen displayed. Replace the storage and reboot the player after noting the IP address. If you are using DHCP addressing, set an address reservation on the player's MAC address or DUID so it gets the same address all the time.See this article to determine how the DUID may appear in the DHCP serverhttp://support.brightsign.biz/hc/en-us/articles/218066147-Invalid-MAC-address-or-DUID
