I have a TV station that wants to update weather several times a day and display that information on several screens at the airport using our HD 223 player. We have several advertising spots running now and I would like to add their graphic to the ones already playing on an endless loop. How do I add that image file from a remote location and have it play in the HD 223? The TV Station already posts these images to their website and I would just like the HD 223 to pull from the web location of those images on the TV station's website.

Brandon HTML content does not scale or follow the zone view/image mode settings. So displaying an image directly in an HTML5 state will show it at original size (assuming it's compatible).
You should reference the image in another page that scales it to the desired size, and load that page in the HTML5 state.
